Binion’s Roadhouse has always excited the senses—the aromas, the food, the people and the action. Some folks say there's a Wild, Wild West, bustling casino feel. Others say Binion’s is reminiscent of a jumping neighborhood roadside grill in a small Texan honky tonk town on a Saturday night. Boring, it is not!

Juicy sizzlin’ steaks grilling in full view in the center of the dining room while hot homemade yeast rolls are pulled from the oven and fresh potatoes are baking, all add to the captivating smells and the vitality that seems to continuously circulate throughout the restaurant.

Curious visitors, easygoing locals, interesting dudes and ladies and other fascinating types from who knows where frequent Binion’s. Peanuts seem everywhere with about half the crowd munching, the other half tossing the shells.

But don’t for a second think all this commotion translates into chaos in the kitchen or confusion among the wait staff.
